Product Description
This photoelectric smoke alarm is manufactured in accordance with EN14604:2005+AC:2008 and is designed to provide reliable early warning of fire. It uses a replaceable 3 V CR123A lithium battery, giving a 10-year operating life under normal conditions. The long-life lithium power supply eliminates the need for frequent battery changes and ensures continuous protection.
The alarm continuously monitors for smoke and uses a high-intensity red LED together with an ≥85 dB pulsing sounder to warn occupants when smoke is detected. A clear low battery warning reminds the user when the battery needs replacing: the unit beeps once and the LED flashes every 60 seconds. For nuisance alarms caused by non-emergency smoke such as cooking steam, a silence mode is available. Pressing the test/silence button mutes the sounder for about 10 minutes, while the red LED continues to flash to indicate that the alarm has been temporarily silenced.
Compact, easy to install and maintenance-friendly, this long-life battery smoke alarm is suitable for use in bedrooms, living rooms, corridors and other residential or light commercial areas where EN14604-compliant smoke detection is required.
