Description

ANWETECH Two-Cylinder Cabinet Type FM200 System is a pre-engineered clean agent fire suppression solution with two HFC-227ea agent cylinders installed inside one cabinet. The system integrates the cylinders, high-pressure hoses, nozzles, pressure gauges, solenoid actuators, and signal feedback device into a compact fire extinguishing cabinet. It can be installed directly inside the protected area without a separate cylinder room.

Main Product Description:

The ANWETECH Double Cylinder HFC-227ea Cabinet Fire Suppression System is designed for total flooding fire protection in small and medium-sized enclosed areas where water, foam, or powder extinguishing agents may damage valuable equipment, electronic devices, or important documents.

This product is a Cabinet Type FM200 Clean Agent System with Two Cylinders. Two FM200 / HFC-227ea agent cylinders are installed inside one cabinet, allowing the system to provide a larger agent capacity than a single-cylinder cabinet type system. It is suitable for protected areas that require more extinguishing agent but still need a compact and easy-to-install cabinet solution.

The system is also known as a Pre-Engineered Double Cylinder FM200 Fire Suppression Cabinet. It combines the main fire suppression components into one complete unit, including two agent cylinders, high-pressure hoses, discharge nozzles, pressure gauges, solenoid actuators, feedback device, connection pipe, and cabinet enclosure.

Compared with a traditional piped gas fire suppression system, this double cylinder cabinet type FM200 system does not require a separate cylinder room. The complete cabinet can be placed directly inside the protected area, helping reduce installation work, save space, and lower project investment.

For some markets, customers may also describe this product as a Two Bottle Cabinet Type FM200 Fire Extinguishing System. In professional fire protection terminology, “two cylinders” or “two agent cylinders” is more accurate than “two extinguishers,” because this product is a fixed clean agent fire suppression system, not a portable fire extinguisher.

Key Features:

  1. Two Cylinders Inside One Cabinet
The system is equipped with two FM200 / HFC-227ea agent cylinders inside one cabinet, providing higher agent capacity for larger protected spaces compared with a single-cylinder cabinet.
  2. Pre-Engineered Cabinet Design
The system is factory-configured as a complete cabinet type gas fire suppression solution, reducing on-site installation complexity.
  3. No Separate Cylinder Room Required
The cabinet can be installed directly in the protected area, making it suitable for projects with limited space.
  4. Clean Agent Fire Protection
FM200 / HFC-227ea leaves no residue after discharge, helping protect servers, electrical equipment, documents, archives, and precision devices.
  5. Total Flooding Fire Suppression
The system discharges clean agent into the entire protected enclosure to reach the required extinguishing concentration.
  6. Automatic and Manual Operation
The system can work with a fire alarm control panel for automatic detection, alarm, linkage control, and agent release. Manual and emergency mechanical operation are also available.
  7. Suitable for Small and Medium Enclosed Areas
The double-cylinder cabinet structure is suitable for rooms where one single cylinder may not provide enough agent quantity.

Typical Applications:

Server rooms
Computer rooms
Telecom rooms
Electrical rooms
Transformer rooms
Power distribution rooms
UPS rooms
Battery rooms
Archive rooms
Storage rooms
Control rooms
Small equipment rooms
Small enclosed industrial areas
Areas where water-based fire suppression is not suitable

Working Principle:

When a fire is detected, smoke detectors, heat detectors, or other fire detection devices send alarm signals to the fire alarm control panel.

After signal confirmation, the control panel activates sound and light alarms and shuts down linked equipment such as ventilation or air-conditioning systems.

After the preset delay time, the control panel sends a release signal to the solenoid actuators. The FM200 agent stored in the two cylinders is released through the high-pressure hoses and nozzles into the protected area.

The system can also be activated manually or by emergency mechanical operation when required.

Why Choose a Double Cylinder Cabinet Type FM200 System?

A single-cylinder cabinet FM200 system is suitable for small protected areas with lower agent quantity requirements. However, for larger rooms or areas that need more extinguishing agent, a double cylinder cabinet type system provides a better solution.

The ANWETECH Cabinet Type FM200 Clean Agent System with Two Cylinders offers a compact cabinet design while increasing the total agent capacity. It is ideal for projects where the customer needs more FM200 agent but does not want to build a separate cylinder room or install a complex piping system.

This makes it a practical solution for server rooms, telecom rooms, electrical rooms, archives, UPS rooms, and other critical small-to-medium enclosed spaces.

Operation and Maintenance:

After installation, the system should be inspected, tested, and commissioned according to project requirements before being put into service.

The system should be maintained by trained and qualified personnel. Any abnormal condition should be handled promptly.

The user should keep operation, maintenance, inspection, and testing records.
