Product Description

The UL Highriser Y Strainer Flanged Ends 300PSI  is designed to protect valves, meters and other critical components in fire protection and water distribution systems by removing rust, scale and solid particles from the flow. The Y-shaped body provides a large straining area with low pressure loss, and the screen can be accessed through the bolted cover for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The strainer body and cover are made from ductile iron ASTM A536 65-45-12 and coated internally and externally with fusion bonded epoxy RAL3002 for excellent corrosion resistance. A stainless steel AISI 304 screen provides durable filtration, with EPDM gasket and carbon steel drain plug. Flanged ends are drilled to ANSI B16.1 Class 125 and ANSI B16.5 Class 150, as well as EN1092-2 PN16 and BS10 Table D / Table E, making the product suitable for international projects.

With a working pressure of 300 psi and temperature range from -10°C to 120°C, this UL Listed Y strainer is ideal for fire mains, sprinkler systems and general water supply lines where reliable filtration is required from a trusted China supplier and manufacturer.
